Mr. Gordon is Managing Director and Head of Axonic Capital’s Insurance business. Prior to joining Axonic, Michael served as CEO of Lombard International Group’s United States and Bermuda business and COO for Lombard’s global business. Before Lombard, Michael served as Managing Director and Global Head of Insurance Services at BNY Mellon Investment Management. Before that, he served in multiple leadership positions at New York Life Insurance Company, most notably as Senior Vice President of Agency Life Operations, leading investment and insurance product management, including sales and marketing, actuarial, operational, and technology functions, as well as overseeing the registered investment adviser broker-dealer for its U.S. life insurance business. Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Colgate University.
